Like many people, I didn’t set out to build a career in sales - I fell into it. Frustrated by an environment where effort wasn’t rewarded, I sought a path where results, action, and consistency mattered.

I quickly fell in love with sales - the psychology of trust-building, human-to-human problem-solving, and asking the right questions to inspire action.

Throughout my career, I saw too many businesses lacking the structure, process, and mentorship needed to help salespeople truly perform. That gap led me to Sales Insights Academy.

Sales Insights Academy equips salespeople and managers with world-class coaching, proven methodologies, and a space to practice, grow, and lead with confidence. Instead of building from scratch and hoping it works, leaders learn how to motivate their teams, support deals effectively, think strategically about territory planning, and manage the metrics that drive results.

I focus on leading strategic transformation in complex environments marked by low profitability, stagnant growth, and post-merger integration, resulting in restored growth, stronger margins, and reliable forecasts.

 

Over the past 4+ years, I’ve changed my focus to specialise in Sales & Leadership Training, with a focus on Account Management, Dealer Development, and the Psychology of Selling, proving that strong sales leadership transcends industry boundaries.
